Legal & Confidentiality

Fiona Randall is legally bound and morally obligated to practice within the code of ethics of the British Psychological Society. The only reason for a break in confidentiality would be in exceptional circumstances, for example; if someone is going to/or has broken the law, or if someone is likely to be a danger to themselves or others as a result of their mental health state.
